TERMS OF SERVICE
✨ payment must be provided only in usd, via PayPal/Cash App/Venmo/ko-fi
✨ once final sketch is sent/approved, payment is required
✨ complete illustration(s) will not be sent until payment is received
✨ Large revisions requested after final sketch was approved will incur an extra fee
✨ commission may be denied or cancelled at any time, refund will be provided in full if payment was already sent
✨ once payment is received and commission is completed, no refunds will be accepted
CONTRACT
✨ the client receives non-exclusive rights to the use of the completed illustration(s) upon payment, including all personal usage so long as signature is visible/credit is explicitly written nearby
✨ for-profit usage of the completed illustration(s) is forbidden unless permission is specifically given
✨ the artist retains the copyright to the completed illustration(s), and it may not be altered in any way except by the artist
PROCESS
✨ read and agree to the terms of service and contract in full before contacting the artist for the commission
✨ provide a detailed description of the desired illustration(s), including the type of commission and reference images if possible
✨ confirmation of the commission contract and price before commission is accepted
✨ the artist sends final sketch progress, provide desired edits and feedback until final sketch is approved
✨ agree upon payment service, the artist sends digital invoice/request for payment
✨ send payment in full, after which the artist completes the illustration(s)
✨ the artist sends completed illustration(s) for final approval and possible edits
✨ the artist provides the client with the full-quality image file of the completed illustration(s), and the commission is complete
